To speed up the process, please provide us with the following details:
General issues:
- Camera/Frame Grabber manufacturer and model.
- Camera/Frame Grabber driver revision.
- StreamPix/TroublePix revision number.
- Camera resolution, frame rate, image format (ex. Mono 8, Mono 16, RGB) as well as other current settings (trigger mode, binning etc).
- Operating system used.
Live display and recording issues:
- Computer model and CPU clock speed, motherboard chipset, amount of memory.
- Video adapter model.
- Hard disk configuration - controller brand, model number, disk capacity, disk rotation speed, disk cache memory size.
- CPU usage while getting a live image, with and without recording (Press SHIFT+CTRL+ESC and select the performance tab).
- PCI bus configuration: bus type: PCI, PCI-X (32/64 bit, 66, 100 or 133 Mhz), PCI-Express number of lines( 1x, 4x, 8x, 16x), number of boards.
AVI related issues:
- Codec used, codec settings (if any).
